Tan Chee Teong is MCA's candidate for the Balakong by-election. He is a committee member with the Serdang MCA division. MCA deputy president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong, who announced his candidacy on Tuesday, described Tan as an activist and grassroots man.
