Myanmar rejects insurgent truce in Rakhine State

Myanmar's government has refused a ceasefire with Rohingya Muslim insurgents, saying it doesn't negotiate with terrorists. The militant group known as the Arakan Rohingya Salvation Army tabled a month-long truce on Sunday, urging government troops to lay down their arms so desperately needed aid can flow through to Rakhine state.
