The signing of the MoU on Wednesday between Berjaya Waterfront Sdn Bhd and the Foshan City Bureau of Commerce from China will see the establishment of a framework to undertake the South-East Asia Duty-Free Trade City project at Berjaya Waterfront in Johor Baru.
