Chinese hawala case: Accused made fake passport in Manipur

India Today has accessed the fake passport of Luo Sang who is accused in the Chinese national hawala racket case. He got his Indian passport made from Manipur in the name of Charlie Peng. He got married to a Manipur girl to get the passport. I-T Department has now registered a case against the accused under the Passport Act.
