Quick first look at Audiate from TechSmith (The makers of Camtasia). This software allows you to record or import audio and it transcribes it for you, automatically, and also allows you to edit the text and audio in sync, remove, copy, paste, move text and audio at the same time.
It detects silence, hesitations, pauses and automatically removes ums, ahs, etc, giving you a clear sound. It's a great tool.
