As the world's two superpowers continue to clash heads on many levels,... China's Politburo has acknowledged the challenging external environment.
During the supreme decision-making body meeting Thursday, headed by President Xi Jinping, the leader laid out its long-term plan to manage a rapidly changing international environment highlighted by Beijing's deteriorating relationship with WasHington.
Although the meeting did not directly mention the U.S., it certainly indicates long-term turbulence ahead,... with the meeting coming just days after the U.S. made it clear that it would abandon its decades-long policy of "engagement" with Beijing.
The meeting also reportedly covered China's five-year plan, from 2021-to-2025,... as well as its "2035 vision."
