The coronavirus pandemic has all but emptied many restaurants in Japan amid  social-distancing rules meant to prevent the spread of Covid-19. But one restaurant in Tokyo has turned heads with its mannequins all dressed up to go out for a meal. The “model customers” help the eatery appear more busy, at the same time as they remind “real” diners to stay safe by avoiding close contact with others.
