China held the first joint virtual conference with his counterparts from Pakistan, Afghanistan and Nepal during which a four-point plan to contain the novel coronavirus pandemic, boost economic recovery and resumption of the BRI (Belt and Road Initiative) infrastructure projects was proposed.
