In this episode of Beatsessions I get a fresh cup of coffee going to jump into the studio to see what I can cook up. One of my favorite tracks from the 90s was (Are you that somebody by Aaliyah and Timbaland). I really like the Sonics of the production the space in the mix and all of the other elements Timbaland added to the track to make it such a hit record. Imagination is everything when it comes to creating what you want. In today’s music technology gives producers so many options to explore so many avenues in music. That’s one of the many reasons why I love to create on the Akai Mpc’s. The older Mpc samplers limitations really gives you unlimited potential for music creativity due to the limited distractions of so many options todays my DAW’S.
