These neighbours engage in weekly arguments over the location of their bins

A woman in Whitburn, North East England, filmed her neighbours engaging in a "bin war" after one of them put her bins in her elderly neighbour's driveway, preventing her from using it.

The clip filmed on June 5 shows the two women going in circles repeatedly moving the bins while arguing about the correct location.

Danielle, who witnesses this most weeks, told Newsflare: "It happened because the elderly lady asked the young girl, Rabia, to put her bins in her own garden and not block her gate. It happens all the time and the woman, Rabia is well known for giving abuse to everyone. The council knows and the police know, she just bullies everyone."
