Notorious gangster Vikas Dubey, the main accused in the cold-blooded ambush and murder of eight policemen last week in Uttar Pradesh's Kanpur, was seen at a hotel in Haryana's Faridabad near Delhi on Tuesday, police said. A massive hunt has been launched to arrest him and the bounty on the gangster has been doubled.
