The administration has started investigating the assets of History Sheeter Vikas Dubey, the main accused in the case of eight policemen in Kanpur. In Kanpur, only one and a half bigha land has come out. Properties are also being scrutinized in Kanpur Dehat, Lucknow and other districts.
