The decision of the Election Commission before the Assembly elections in Bihar has caused a stir among all political parties.The Commission has said that whoever is a tainted leader will make his crime public in the leading newspaper thrice before contesting the election. Only then can a party make him a candidate.

बिहार में विधानसभा चुनाव से पहले निर्वाचन आयोग के फैसले ने सभी राजनितिक दलों में हड़कंप ला दिया है...आयोग ने फरमान में कहा है कि जो भी दागी नेता है वो चुनाव लड़ने से पहले तीन बार प्रमुख अखबार में अपने अपराध को सार्वजनिक करेंगे....उसके बाद ही कोई पार्टी उन्हें प्रत्याशी बना सकती है.....
