Owner Kandy Renshaw admits she has some apprehension about reopening following lockdown, but says she is also excited to get back to work, and to see all her clients - but it's a different world. Hand sanitiser on arrival, appointment only, all clients to come alone, mandatory face masks, reduced chairs, no close-up work, and partition screens.
