The Delhi High Court has directed the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) to elect for the posts of president, treasurer and four directors within the next six weeks, the Delhi High Court said in its order that the DDCA would elect for the posts of president, treasurer and four directors and appoint election officer to conduct the elections.
दिल्ली हाई कोर्ट ने दिल्ली एवं जिला क्रिकेट संघ (डीडीसीए) को अगले छह सप्ताह के अंदर अध्यक्ष, कोषाध्यक्ष और चार निदेशकों के पदों के लिए चुनाव करने के निर्देश दिए हैं, दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय ने बुधवार के अपने आदेश में कहा कि डीडीसीए छह सप्ताह के अंदर अध्यक्ष, कोषाध्यक्ष और चार निदेशकों के पदों के लिए चुनाव कराये और चुनावों को कराने के लिए निर्वाचन अधिकारी की नियुक्ति करे।
