At least 20 Indian Army soldiers, including a Colonel, were killed in action in a violent scuffle with Chinese troops in the Galwan Valley area of eastern Ladakh on Monday night. Following the fierce clash, the Uttarakhand Police issued an alert in Dharchula, which border China.
