South Korea has confirmed 49 new COVID-19 cases on Saturday. 44 of them are local transmissions...all from the Seoul metropolitan area. Those cases are all from cluster infections that have spread from a door-to-door sales business. Also, there are growing concerns over people who initially tested negative for the virus later being confirmed to have it. Health authorities have urged people to remain in self-quarantine even after testing negative. The nation's total COVID-19 caseload now stands at 12-thousand 51. With no additional deaths, the death toll remains at 277.
