New York City enters first phase of four-phase reopening plan

The first phase sees as many as 400-thousand workers resume their jobs in person.
It allows construction, manufacturing and curbside retail to reopen with safety precautions,... such as social distancing where possible,... including wearing face masks.
More than 17-thousand COVID-19 deaths have been recorded in New York City since early March.
