Vegan introduces plant-based luncheon ‘meat’ to Hong Kong

Hong Kong-based Green Monday has come out with a plant-based version of Spam, offering an alternative “meat” to replace the famous tinned food that is a main ingredient in a variety of local dishes made in the city.
