India या Bharat: Namah वो शख्स जो बदलवाना चाहते हैं देश का नाम | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The constituent assembly adopted two names, India and Bharat for the country after Independence. Many members favoured Bharat as the primary name. A petition is in the Supreme Court now seeking to drop "India" from the Constitution and keep "Bharat" as the only name.

दिल्ली निवासी नमह नाम के शख्स ने वकील राज किशोर चौधरी के माध्यम से कोर्ट में इस संबंध में जनहित याचिका दायर की है. जिसमें उन्होंने इंडिया का नाम बलदकर भारत या हिंदुस्तान करने की मांग की है. नमह की ओर से दायर याचिका में कहा गया है कि देश को मूल और प्रामाणिक नाम भारत द्वारा मान्यता दी जानी चाहिए.
