Union Law Minister Ravi Shankar tabled the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Bill in Rajya Sabha on Wednesday. The Opposition created a ruckus over the bill that criminalises instant divorce. Rajya Sabha was adjourned for the day following the pandemonium.
