A 35-year-old former contractual employee of Greater NOIDA Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA) who allegedly duping several people by posing as an IAS officer.
A white ambassador car with a blue beacon was also seized from his possession. Identified as Yogendra Singh, the suspect is a post graduate in English. He hails from Auraiya district in UP.
