Union minister Prakash Javadekar on Sunday hit back at Congress President Rahul Gandhi and asked him why he didn't take any strict action against the state chief in Kathua rape case. Javadekar said that BJP's two ministers resigned but Rahul Gandhi didn't initiate action against Ghulam Ahmad Mir.
