It seems Uttar Pradesh Minister for State for Basic Education, Child Development and Nutrition Anupama Jaiswal has been controversy’s favourite child. For an event which the 50-year-old leader was supposed to attend, school kids were made to sit hungry since 12 noon even when the event started at 8 pm, as per a report in a news agency.
