Question Hour: Armed forces not reeling under shortage of funds, says Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman

Defence minister Nirmala Sitharaman has countered reports of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Defence which had said that there was shortage of funds for the armed forces. Addressing a news conference in New Delhi on Tuesday, the defence minister said that there was no shortage of funds or ammunition.
