heavy rains over west and central Uttar Pradesh including Lucknow, whereas light to moderate with isolated heavy showers occured over parts of Himachal Pradesh, Uttarakhand, North Punjab, Haryana and Delhi. These heavy showers created flood-like situation in many regions and water logging at several parts of big cities including Delhi NCR, Lucknow and many more. Normal life has been disrupted by these heavy rainfall.
