Patient dies in ambulance due to heavy traffic jam in Sonipat

An ambulance was stuck in between the cycle race rally of Congress held in Sonipat on August 21. A patient who was being taken to the hospital in that ambulance died on reaching the hospital due to delay in treatment. Patient's father has filed a police report for this incident.
