Senior Congress leader Mallikarjun Kharge attacked BJP over rising fuel prices. "All government schemes have failed. This government is a failure," he said while speaking to media. The Congress and the other Opposition parties are demanding the Modi government to bring petrol and diesel under the GST - a move that can reduce the fuel prices by Rs 15-18 per litre.
