An encounter ensued between security forces and militants in Sopore area of Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district on Thursday. Two militants were reportedly killed in the encounter. Internet services have also been suspended in the area. Firing also resumed in Jajjar Kotli area on Srinagar-Jammu national highway where militants attacked a police post on Thursday. A 52-year-old civilian was also injured in the incident.
