The Narendra Modi government on Thursday released a fresh video of the 2016 surgical strikes on terrorist launchpads, two days ahead of the second anniversary of the operation. The Army announced on September 29, 2016 that it had carried out the cross-border strikes, days after several Indian soldiers were martyred in a terrorist attack on the Army Headquarters in Jammu and Kashmir's Uri.
