Uttarakhand polls: Congress releases list of candidates for 63 seats, much resentment over ticket allocation

In the wake of upcoming Uttarakhand Assembly elections, Congress on Sunday declared names of candidates for 63 seats. The seat allocation has witnessed much resentment amongst the party workers who went on to create a ruckus outside the Party office in Uttarakhand.
