Election Commissioner describes EVMs as tampering free, says it is not possible for anyone to malfunction

After a prolonged meeting with 86 parties Election Commissioner has said on Friday that tampering in EVM is impossible for anyone as it is completely safe and secure. Further he has challenged all opposition parties to check whether it is possible to do an EVM tampering or not.
