Union Minister Kiren Rijiju on Tuesday pays homage to the two martyrs killed and mutilated by the Pakistan Army. Rijiju said that the whole nation stands with the families of the martyred soldiers. On being asked about giving befitting reply to Pakistan, Rijiju said this is not the right time to talk.
