Mudda Aaj Ka: Will the draft law actually help in curbing triple talaq?

We are back with another exciting edition of Mudda Aaj Ka. Three months after Supreme Court of India declared triple talaq as unconstitutional, the Central government has now come up with a draft law which penalises the husband a jail term of three years if he resorts to this practice.
