After killings of several terrorists recently in Kashmir an fresh list of top 10 most wanted terror commanders who have risen up the ranks has been circulated to security forces. These terrorists are linked terror outfits Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT), Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Hizbul Mujahideen (HM), sources said.
