After sad demise of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, there is no denying that new Chief Minister of state will be Mehbooba Mufti. But seems like she needs some time to take charge as she is emotionally broken with the news. It is expected that President’s rule will be imposed till the time she takes oath as new CM of the state.
