Fate of Indo-Pak Foreign Secretary-level talks hangs in balance even as Pakistan has stepped up its probe into the Pathankot terror attacks. According to sources, a decision on the talks will be made only after National Security Advisor Ajit Doval returns from Paris on Thursday.
