The panel which was formed to investigate the Parliament security breach video by AAP MP Bhagwant Mann has requested the Lok Sabha speaker Sumitra Mahajan to send Mann to rehab centre for alcohol de-addiction. The AAP parliamentarian is currently facing heat for posting a Parliament proceeding video on social media.
