Due to fresh snowfalls in Kashmir valley, temperature in Delhi dipped down to 13 degree celsius. The cold conditions continue to affect vehicular movements in North India on Monday morning. Despite little respite from dense fog, several trains and flights are delayedand some are cancelled.
