It was a disappointment to Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav when the Samajwadi Party decided to give a ticket to alleged strongman Atiq Ahmed, and Mukhtar Ansari's brother Sibaqtullah Ansari for next year’s Assembly elections.
