Sports Minister Vijay Goel lashed out at the Indian Olympic Association for making tainted Suresh Kalmadi and Abhay Singh Chautala as Life Presidents of the sports body, saying it was “totally unacceptable” as both of them were facing serious criminal and corruption charges.
