The first day of Rajya Sabha's Monsoon session was a washout as opposition aggressively pressed for resignation of External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj as also Chief Ministers of Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh over various controversies. Around Rs 2 cr is spent daily on both the Houses and it seems all of it going into the drain.
