According to sources, Mohammad Naved alias Usman Khan, a resident of Faisalabad in Pakistan has claimed that high profile underworld terrorists including Dawood Ibrahim, Tiger Memon and Hafiz Saeed were planning to hijack a plane to release Yakub Memon.
