Battle for Bihar is getting uglier day by day. The polls will enter the third phase on 28th and electorate of 50 constituencies will cast their votes. Former JD-U minister Bhim Singh joined BJP on Friday. Singh, a self-proclaimed socialist, joined the saffron party in the presence of state BJP president Mangal Pandey at the party office.
