Delhi Transport Minister Gopal Rai said that Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) will issue its stickers to CNG-certified cars from today. The Aam Aadmi Party government has given exemption CNG-run cars having IGL's stickers from odd-even scheme that begins from January 1.
