Indian Air Force Chief Rakesh Kumar Singh Bhadauria on Friday said that the acquisition of Rafale and S-400 Missile System will Bolster IAF's Capability. He also admitted that downing of a Mi-17 V5 helicopter Srinagar in February was a "big mistake".
