• 1 bowl grated Cabbage .
• 1 bowl grated Carrot .
• 1 cup Finely chopped Onion
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp chopped Garlic
• 1/2 tsp Finely chopped Green chilies
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 1 bowl grated cheese
• 1 bowl Maida
• 2 tsp Oil
For Momos’ Chutney:
• 3 midium size tomato
• 15 Dry Red Chilies
• 1 tsp chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp chopped Garlic
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1 Onion
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp soya sauce
• 2 tsp Oil
