Pork & Ginger (Buta No Shogani)

Ingredients:
2-pounds of thinly sliced pork, cleaned/detoxed.
2-cups of julienned fried tofu.
2-cups of julienned mushroom.
1-cup of Welsh onion, diced.
1-tablespoon of grated fresh organic ginger.
1-tablespoon of grated fresh organic garlic. (Optional)
1-tablespoon of sake or gin.
2-tablespoons of organic olive oil.
1-tablespoon of organic hot sauce.

Instructions:

Detox meat and veggies. The instructions can be found in my BitChute page.

Pour the olive oil and then add ginger and garlic into a frying pan. And then throw the rest of ingredients into it. Cook it for about 20-minutes with medium high heat. Cooking durations may varies depending on the cookware of your choice.

Then ready to dig in!
