About:
From new years eve until May 2017, Aaron Levin Harder took a break from music and distanced himself from any of his projects. Already having planned several releases for the future back in late-2016, he suddenly returned to work on music on May 9, recording an ad-hoc jam session where he performed a pair of his frequently performed covers with a different approach, alongside two improvisations and one new cover from Prince.
These recordings eventually ended up to be included on his first studio recorded project, the EP "Blues Done Let Me Dyin", of which the working process lasted until June 28, including all alternative recordings and versions that Harder worked on. The EP was Harder's first step to emancipate himself from the traditional blues sound of the 50's and 60's he played in, and did also start an entirely different approach to his working process, as the project became his mostly worked-on record. He spent time refining, overworking, and re-recording, all of what he did not do before, usually producing in an instand moment, something he would also come back to later on.
This video features a shortened edit of the opening track from the 2019 Edit & Remaster of the EP "Blues Done Let Me Dyin", accompanied with rare audience recordings from his first live performances back in summer 2016, before his concert show "Another Night Alone".
"Money Don't Matter Tonight" is the sole single from the EP "Blues Done Let Me Dyin", here presented in a special edit alongside a new music video.
