Bengal has highest Covid-19 mortality rate in the country: Central team

The Inter-Ministerial Central Team (IMCT) that was in Kolkata for almost a fortnight has criticised the strategy of the Mamata Banerjee government to fight Covid-19 in West Bengal. It also added that Bengal has a mortality rate of 12.8 per cent for Covid-19 cases, which is highest in the country.
